Hi, I’m a mom & wife over 40, just like many of you. My journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve recovered from an L5 spinal fusion , ankle surgery , and an emergency C-section . These experiences shaped the way I train and live, and they’re why functional movement, strength, and core stability have been my priorities for the past 17 years. I turned my passion into a profession, becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer I’ve built an incredible community of strong, like-minded women who are all chasing the same goal, to move better, feel better, and live stronger. I am a beginner . How do I choose my Weights
Start light , Test your Form, Begin with a weight that allows you to perform the exercise with proper form. You should be able to complete all reps with control , but feel challenged by the last 2-3 reps. Match the weight to the movement , you will typically use a heavier weight for lower body movements. If you can easily do more Than 12 reps with a weight you can go heavier , if you cannot reach 8 reps with good form you should lower your weight
