Hi, I’m a mom & wife over 40, just like many of you. My journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve recovered from an L5 spinal fusion , ankle surgery , and an emergency C-section . These experiences shaped the way I train and live, and they’re why functional movement, strength, and core stability have been my priorities for the past 17 years. I turned my passion into a profession, becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer I’ve built an incredible community of strong, like-minded women who are all chasing the same goal, to move better, feel better, and live stronger. I created this app to expand that community and to bring effective, time friendly workouts to your fingertips. Start where you are, move with purpose, and know that I’ve got your back.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
