Hi, I’m a mom & wife over 40, just like many of you. My journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve recovered from an L5 spinal fusion , ankle surgery , and an emergency C-section . These experiences shaped the way I train and live, and they’re why functional movement, strength, and core stability have been my priorities for the past 17 years. I turned my passion into a profession, becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer I’ve built an incredible community of strong, like-minded women who are all chasing the same goal, to move better, feel better, and live stronger. I created this app to expand that community and to bring effective, time friendly workouts to your fingertips. Start where you are, move with purpose, and know that I’ve got your back.

Can I use a Dumbbell if I do not have a kettlebell for the core excercises
Yes absolutely you can use what ever type of free weight you have access too, you can also do any of the weighted exercise's without a weight
